If you have a really awesome business idea, but the unforeseen development costs scare you off or you are simply not capable of making it happen, we offer you a partnership under the following terms with a 'true' + 'fair' 50/50-equity split (contract partner will be a holding company).
What's offered
- Development partner with experience in all technical areas
- Realization of the business concept, i.e., website (landing page) + the actual SaaS app in a scalable and reliable way (typical value: $100k+)
- You will get the first squad (number of resources depending on current workload of the agency).
- All technical parts are taken over.
- All development and operational costs are covered before release.
What's expected
- Outstanding, scalable business concept
- Highly-motivated, perseverant, full-time founder with experience / knowledge in the subject topic
- Skilled writer for writing SEO-optimized blog articles during development
- All legal and business administration issues are taken over.
- Contributed start capital should cover operational costs (incl. initial marketing budget) after release.
Your contribution (before release)
- Writing high-quality, non-AI-generated, SERP-impactful blog articles
High-rated, 'visible' domain (impact will be checked)
Lively social media account (engagement will be checked) - Taking over all content creation and legal issues (e.g., terms, privacy policy)
Lawyer-checked legal content and protection - Founding a limited company w/ all required starting capital to become viable
IP rights of the SaaS app fully owned by the development partner will ONLY be transferred to the company if ALL conditions above are met and the viability plan is plausible. Otherwise, the intention statement will be cancelled.
